FAQ - Some common questions when purchasing dolls from us

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Plain, unmarked boxes—no product names or logos on the label.

How long does shipping take?

Processing: 1–3 business days. Delivery: typically 5–10 business days (you’ll get tracking).

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in the USA, for custom orders we will ship directly from our factory in China to you.

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on opened items. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

Are the dolls/body parts body-safe? What are they made of?

Yes. We use premium TPE (and silicone where specified), which is non-toxic and skin-safe when used as intended.

Do you offer customization (skin tone, head, wig, etc.)?

Yes—many models support interchangeable heads, wigs, and options. If you don’t see what you want on the product page, ask us we will probably have what you want.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

We can usually edit or cancel within the first 12 hours. After production/packing starts, changes may not be possible—message us ASAP.

Will I pay duties or customs fees?

Some countries may charge import duties or VAT. If you’re unsure, ask us and we’ll clarify based on your location.

Do you offer financing or split payments?

We accept secure payments via [Shop Pay / PayPal / Klarna )

How heavy are they?

Weights are listed on each product page. Full-size dolls can be heavy—please lift with care.

Is there a warranty?

We cover manufacturing defects on arrival. Normal wear, misuse, or lack of maintenance isn’t covered.

How fast do you reply?

We usually respond within 12–24 hours (Mon–Fri). Weekends may take a bit longer.
